We provide paid internships to senior students enrolled in a four-year degree program. All majors are considered.

Interns ideally work 3-4 days per week, preferably in the morning, and are paid on an hourly basis plus commission. An internship with Celtic Commercial Finance qualifies for class credit at many universities and provides an opportunity for advancement into a full-time position upon graduation.

Job Details
• Entry-level, part-time sales position
• Assist in the development and management of a geographic territory while prospecting new customers through cold calling
• Mentored by a seasoned sales professional to develop techniques on how to sell to a sophisticated clientele, primarily senior level finance officers, CEOs, & Presidents
• Produce daily results by using innovative methods to advance the sales process
• Understand market, territory and industry movements
• Intense desire for success, competitive nature, solid work ethic, and demonstrating commitment

Qualifications
• Must be enrolled in a four-year degree program
• Must be able to work 3-4 days per week, preferably in the morning
• Must be articulate and possess superior oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients/corporate executives, managers, and peers involved in the sales process
• Must have demonstrated: high performance in problem solving, multi-tasking, teamwork and effectively prioritize work performance for efficient sales results
• Must demonstrate a questioning attitude to learn, produce results, and develop relationships
• Must possess superior interpersonal and analytical skills to make quick assessments and deliver well-thought decisions when situations occur requiring independent judgment
• Must possess the ability to remain professional in high stress, high volume work environment with the ability to deliver quality, accurate work within established deadlines
