Job Details

Performing credit analysis for middle market ($100k to $10M) commercial equipment lease transactions
Researching and examining credit risks, assessing credit history, and making recommendations to senior management
Presenting lease transactions to banks and funding resources for credit approval on both a portfolio and one-off basis
Working with sales, legal, funding, and documentation departments to facilitate timely fundings and syndications
Assisting with the development of credit policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Must have at least 3 years leasing , corporate or commercial bank lending experience to middle market companies
Thorough understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, underwriting, discounting and documentation
BA/BS degree in business, finance or accounting, MBA a is a plus
Proven ability to negotiate and articulate complex details in a concise manner
