Details

Responsible of syndication of transactions to third parties
Work with sales, legal, and documentation departments to evaluate and document leases, pay vendors, bill lessee's and discount the leases to outside banks

Qualifications:

Must be detail oriented and able to document and manage multiple paperwork intensive transactions
Experience in syndication of transactions to third parties
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-oriented skills
Experience in interaction with clients and vendors
College degree
