Job Details

Preparation of all lease documents for middle market lease transactions.
Typing of documents, filing UCC's online, obtaining insurance and photocopying.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in an administrative capacity required
Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in the leasing industry is a plus
Must be a real team player and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet daily deadlines
Must have accurate typing skills, minimum 60 wpm
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Windows navigation and MS Office 2000
