Assistant Marketing Representative:
Celtic Leasing provides paid internships to senior students enrolled in a four-year degree program. All majors are considered. Interns ideally work 3-4 days per week, preferably in the morning, and are paid on an hourly basis plus commission. An internship with Celtic Leasing qualifies for class credit at many universities and provides an opportunity for advancement into a full-time position upon graduation.


Marketing Associate:
This is a full-time position for degreed candidates with excellent potential who require a little more training and experience before entering the position of Marketing Representative. This position is paid a salary plus commission.


Marketing Representative:
This position is for the full-time, college-educated and degreed individual with some prior sales experience (1-4 years), or the individual directly from college with some sales experience during college years that demonstrates superior potential for excelling in sales. This position is paid a base salary plus commission.


Lease Coordinator:
Accurate preparation of equipment lease documentation and funding which include the following:

  • Identify required Lease documents.
  • Supervise the preparation of Lease documents.
  • Assist in negotiation of contractual changes.
  • Manage portfolio of open Leases in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to calculate present value on HP calculator.
  • Interface with Vendors for proper invoicing.
  • Process payments to Vendors.
  • Prepare bills to Lessee’s.
  • Heavy emphasis on excel spreadsheets to track vendor invoices.
  • Funding Leases (debt syndication) at 3rd party banks.
  • Provide support for sales representatives.
  • Other duties (assigned by supervisor).

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of leasing and/or mortgage industry preferred.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently.
  • Computer skills to include Excel, MS Word.
  • HP12C skills necessary.

Compensation:

Leasing/Documentation Administrator:
Seeking an articulate and motivated administrator to join the documentation team in a dynamic and fast paced work environment, with long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of all lease documents for middle market lease transactions.
  • Typing of documents, filing UCC's online, obtaining insurance and photocopying.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in an administrative capacity required;
  • Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Experience in the leasing industry is a plus, but not required;
  • Must be a real team player and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet daily deadlines;
  • Must have accurate typing skills, minimum 60 wpm;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Windows navigation and MS Office 2000.
